Scott Manke: Executive Director
F. Scott Manke is the founder, President and Executive Director of Family Empowerment Centers & Donate Your Boat. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Psychology from Nyack College and a Masters degree from Wheaton Graduate School in Intercultural Studies.

Scott had operated in the role of general manager for a small business in New York City for a period of 4 years prior to beginning this venture. He has served on the Local School Council of Hayt Elementary School and regularly attends community meetings.

Tom Csora: National Director of Vehicle Donations
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University Akron. Tom worked in industry for several years as a Project Manager before moving to Chicago to pursue a Masters Degree in 2001.

Prior to joining our organization he worked in the field of Education Technology as technology specialist to faculty and staff in a small college.

Tom helps administrate our national vehicle donation program.

Tom helps coordinate our NE Ohio vehicle donation program. He is a retired Engineer from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company of 20 years prior to that he worked for Firestone Bridgestone for 18 years.  He has a degree from the University of Akron in Electronics and frequently devotes his time to "At-risk youth" in the inner city of Akron, Oh.  He's been married for almost 47 years to his wife Linda and has three children and several grandchildren.  He is an advid sailor which provides expertise when it comes to various types of sail boats.
